AI automation platform

Turn complex workflows into autonomous operations.

Saydeed connects the tools and teams you already run. AI agents carry the handoffs while your people stay in control.

The problem

Your people shouldn’t be the integration layer.

Established companies run on good systems that were never designed to work together. The work between them falls to people.

  1. /01

    The same data, typed twice

An order lands in one system, then someone keys it into the next, and the next.

  2. /02

    Approvals chased over chat

Invoices and purchase requests wait in inboxes until someone remembers to follow up.

  3. /03

    Reports assembled by hand

Every week someone exports from several systems and rebuilds the same spreadsheet.

  4. /04

    Nobody sees the whole picture

Each department sees its own tools. No one place shows how the company is running today.

Example systems

SaydeedCRMERPAccountingHelp deskSpreadsheets

People carry the work between systems: re-keying, chasing, forwarding, exporting.

What changes

The work between systems, handled.

Your people stop carrying data, chasing approvals and rebuilding reports, and spend the time on the decisions only they can make.

  • From handoff to done

    No more re-keying

Agents carry data from one system to the next, so no one types the same order twice.

  • Approvals that don’t wait

Every decision reaches the right person with the context attached, in one queue.

  • Reports without the rebuild

Agents compile the weekly report from your systems and send a draft for review.

  • One view of the company

Goals, work, approvals and alerts across departments, in one command center.

  • Every action on record

What happened, when and on whose authority, for people and agents alike.

  • Keep the tools you have

Saydeed works through the systems you already run. It does not replace them.

Estimate the opportunity

What could one workflow give back?

Use your own task volume, time and costs to see a planning estimate. The audit checks these assumptions against the real workflow.

Your assumptions

Example values are prefilled. Change them to match one workflow.

The product

One operating layer over every system you run.

Your teams keep the tools they know. Saydeed adds the command center over them, and the agents that do the work between them.

AI agents

Hand the handoffs to agents

Agents carry repetitive, measurable work from one system to the next: reading, matching, routing and compiling, only within the permissions you set.

  • Invoices

  • Ticket triage
  • Purchase orders

Supplier invoice above approval limit

  1. What the agent did. Read the invoice and matched it to the purchase order and goods receipt.

  2. Why it stopped. The amount is above the approval limit set for Finance.

  3. What happens next. Once approved, it joins the next payment run.

Approvals

Decide in one queue, with the context attached

Every decision that needs a person arrives with what the agent did, why it stopped, and what happens once you decide. Try it.

  • Purchases
  • Refunds

Control

Agents work inside the rules you write

Set what each agent may do on its own, what needs a person, and what it may never do. Every action, by a person or an agent, is on record.

Every step has an owner

People command. AI executes.

Each task goes to the best mix of people, AI and software. Pick a department to see who does each step, where approval sits, and what escalates to a person.

Example workflow

Supplier invoice approval

From invoice received to payment scheduled, with nothing paid before it is approved.

  • Person

    Decisions, approvals, relationships and exceptions.

    1 step

  • AI prepares, a person checks

AI drafts, analyzes or recommends. Someone on your team reviews it.

    1 step

  • Agent, under your rules

Repetitive, measurable work, run only within the permissions and limits you set.

    3 steps

  1. 1

    Capture the invoice

    Agent, under your rules

Reads each invoice from the accounts inbox and records supplier, amounts, tax and due date.

    In: Accounts inbox

  2. 2

    Match it to the order

    Agent, under your rules

Checks the invoice against the purchase order and the goods receipt.

Escalates to a person: A mismatch above your tolerance goes to the accounts payable lead.

  3. 3

    Code and prepare the entry

    AI prepares, a person checks

AI suggests the cost center and ledger account. An accounts payable clerk confirms them.

    In: Accounting system

  4. Approval gate

The budget owner approves. Above the approval limit, the CFO approves as well.

  5. 4

    Schedule the payment

    Agent, under your rules

Adds the approved invoice to the next payment run. Nothing is scheduled without approval.

    In: Payments

  6. 5

    Review exceptions

    Person

The finance lead reviews every escalation each week and adjusts the rules.

Examples for illustration. Your workflows, rules and approvers are mapped during the audit and set by you.

How it works

Start with one department. Expand when it proves itself.

Six stages take you from the first conversation to a department running on Saydeed, with a decision for you at each one.

  1. Step 1

    Discover

We learn how the company runs and choose one department or workflow to start with.

  2. Step 2

    Diagnose

We map the workflows, handoffs and tools in scope and find where time is lost between systems.

  3. Step 3

    Architect

We decide which steps stay with people, which AI assists, and which agents run, with approvals and escalation set.

  4. Step 4

    Build

We configure the command center and the department, connect your existing tools and set permissions.

  5. Step 5

    Deploy

The department goes live on a switchover plan agreed with its head, with your people approving what matters.

  6. Step 6

    Operate

We run and improve it with you, then expand to the next department when the first has proven itself.

Pricing

Start free. Decide with the findings in hand.

Our commitments

Promises we put in writing.

Before you trust any vendor with your operations, you should know what they will and will not do.

  • We never scope a project around cutting headcount. The people who do the work decide which steps agents take on.

  • Nothing goes live without your sign-off. The switchover plan is agreed with the head of the department.

FAQ

What should you know before we talk?

Clear answers about the work, the controls and the first step.

Book a free call
Will this replace our staff?

No. Saydeed moves repetitive work between systems to agents so your people spend their time on judgment, relationships and decisions. We never scope a project around cutting headcount. The people who do the work help map it during the audit and decide which steps agents take on, so nothing changes without them.

Do we have to replace the software we already use?

No. Saydeed connects the systems you run today. Where a tool cannot do the job, we say so and recommend an alternative, and the decision stays yours.

How is our data kept safe?

Agents work only with the access you grant, and every action is recorded. Your IT or security lead can review hosting, access and data handling with us, in writing, before anything is connected.

Will the rollout disrupt our operations?

We start with one department and one workflow. The switchover plan is agreed with the head of that department, and nothing goes live without your sign-off.

What happens when something goes wrong?

Anything outside the rules escalates to the person you name, with the context attached. The audit trail shows exactly what happened, so the rule can be corrected.

How long does it take?

The audit takes about two weeks. The timeline for the first implementation depends on its scope and is set out in the proposal before any work starts.

How does pricing work?

The audit is free. The first implementation has a scoped fee agreed before work starts. After that, a platform subscription grows with the departments you add, and unusually heavy workloads are charged by usage. We do not publish prices because scope differs by company.

Is Saydeed right for a company like ours?

It fits established companies with several departments and years of accumulated tools and workflows. If you are starting a new business and want to build it on Saydeed from day one, mention it when you book and we will tell you honestly whether it fits.
